We are Andrew and Helen Bushrod.  A & H Energy Ratings was set up by us in September 2006.  We are based in Clevedon in North Somerset, some 12 miles or so from Bristol.  We specialise in

• Thermal Calculations-New Build (L1A),
• Extensions and Conversions (L1B)
• DER/TER Calculations
• PEAs and EPCs (for newly created homes)
• Carbon/CO2 Reduction Calculations
• Code for Sustainable Homes Assessments
• Water calculations for Part G2 (Regulation17 K) compliance 

Although we are a relatively young business Andrew has 31 years experience in construction, 26 of them in the house building industry.

Andrew was a Building Control Officer for a national Approved Inspector for a number of years and first qualified in Energy Rating in 1995.  He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Building. 

We count architects, developers, property owners and self builders among our customers.
